Expert Searching allows you to combine different search types, such as author and title. Recommended: Please make sure you understand how these searches work before using Expert Search. From the main menu choose each search type for more information, or consult a librarian.

Boolean Searching: using and, or and not to refine your search.
"apples oranges" - Displays all records containing both the word apples and the word oranges.
"apples and oranges" - Displays all records containing both the word apples and the word oranges.
"apples or oranges" - Displays all records with either the word apples or oranges.
"apples not oranges" - Displays all records with the word apples, but not the word oranges.
